Yogift.com  Contest Terms and Conditions WIN £5000

The Competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law

Only one entry per premium member.
All applicants must be aged 17 years and over.
Competition is open to all nationalities
Only premium members will be eligible to enter yogift.com contest
The prize money  will not be transferable to another person.

Any personal data relating to premium member entrants will be used solely in accordance with current United Kingdom Data Protection Legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent

Employees, associates, affiliates and relatives of employees of Xycommunity.Com, Yogift.com, Mencombined.com, Womencombined.com and OpenlyConnect.com are not eligible to enter.

The contestant with the most votes will be declared the winner. Contestants are allowed to invite members or friends to view their contests or vote

Free basic membership members are allowed to vote in the contest.

Contestant winner, runners up and third will be published under the section winners. It’s your responsibility to check and see if you have won.

The top three contestants videos/ portfolio/ music/ audition/ casting etc will be featured on our main page for 30 days thus creating an opportunity to be viewed by members, agents, visitors to the site and Business organizations

Prize money draw will start on 5th January 2009, and will be drawn on the same date every 2 months for 12 Months ending 5th December 2010. It’s £30,000 to be won in 12 months plus exposure.  Subject to currency exchange.

Pomles Ltd and OpenlyConnect Ltd will send a Bankers draft payable directly to the Contestant winners account, if you do not have a bank account registered in your name, we shall disqualify you and choose another winner

Winners will be responsible for contacting Pomles Ltd or OpenlyConnect Ltd and providing us with your payment reference number that was issued during membership subscription, Name, address and confirmation of registration email.
In all matters, all decisions of Pomles Ltd and OpenlyConnect Ltd staff will be final. No correspondence or discussions will be entertained.

Pomles Ltd and OpenlyConnect Ltd reserve the right to extend the promotional period. Details of any extension to the promotional period and new closing date will be clearly displayed on Yogift.com and other outlets involved or Business companies.

The winners must agree to be published on our website’s winner’s page, a testimonial will be required as well as photographs.

Winners will be notified within 7 days of each closing date and prize money will be awarded within 10 days thereafter.  Winners will be notified by telephone if they have provided a contact number on their profiles, email or Winners page published on the website.

Winners must claim their prize money within 14 days of being notified by completing “I am the winner form” which is located on the contact us menu page. Claimed prize money must be cashed within 30 days of issue or they will be cancelled.
