The Promoter reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photograph and any recordings of them (be it audio or visual) in any publicity or promotion. All Competition entrants agree to their name and home town being published on-air and elsewhere. Entrants agree to their participation being broadcast, recorded, repeated and otherwise used for any reason by the Promoter without being entitled to any payment for such use. The Competition winner may be required by the Promoter to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and the winner hereby acknowledges that the Promoter has the right to use such photos, videos or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner for any purpose as it may see fit. Participants confirm and warrant that, to the best of your knowledge and belief, your general state of health is good and you have no medical condition that could be adversely affected by strenuous exercise or any of the your chosen talent or dance stunt planned to perform in the Greater Manchester Contest. You confirm that you are not taking any medication at present and will not take any medication during the Auditions and Finals. All participants must register for the Auditions You must be resident in the UK with a valid passport of any nationality living in Greater Manchester. Yogift.com, their agents and sub-contractors do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any technical equipment. If you are under 18 years old you must be accompanied by your parent or legal guardian to the audition. We may require you to provide documentation in order to authenticate your age (i.e. birth certificate and/or valid passport). All personal details and/or information given in your audition application either in this form or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. Agents, Third parties, Organisations entries must be declared in the auditions form failure to declare will result in disqualification. Yogift.com reserves the right to disqualify you if you have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information, have failed to abide by the Rules and/or are in breach of the terms hereof. Where a Contest has a closing date and/or time, all entries must be received before such date and/or time. Late entries will not be taken into consideration in the selection of a winner. The Promoter also reserves the right to reject entries, applications or claims and to alter, amend or foreclose a Contest without prior notice in its absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Rules or any Specific Rules. We may pass a winning entrant’s details on to its sponsors, service providers or agents for the purposes of sending out winning prizes on its behalf. The public will decide the winner by voting for their favourite act. The public decision is final.
